Privacy Policy

FilQk collects only what's needed to run a session: host name and email, the session details, and the contact method a player chooses to share when joining. If you enable Discord or Telegram notifications, we store the webhook URL or chat id needed to deliver them — never shown to anyone but you, and used only to notify you when someone joins.

Session and participant personal data is retained for 7 days after the session ends, then deleted or anonymized. You may request removal of your data at any time.
